Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote and ensure overall team integration within the Integrated Program Controls Team.
  • •Provide high-level planning services to support programme leads, including baseline scheduled tasks, resource profiles, and financial models.
  • •Implement and lead collaborative planning workshops to build buy-in and manage schedule variance through impact analysis.
  • •Lead application of planning/scheduling methods, techniques, and tools; advise on complex requirements and communicate corrective measures.
  • •Lead and manage a team of professionals delivering planning/schedule management services, including staff development, coaching, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree educated with previous industry and sector experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience with project planning/scheduling tools such as Oracle Primavera, MS Project, Asta Power Project, PowerBI, Excel, or Acumen Fuse.
  • •Strong working knowledge of planning/scheduling methods and EVM and project controls methodologies.
  • •Experience leading and delivering planning/scheduling for medium/high complexity projects or programmes.
  • •Ability to communicate analysis and corrective measures effectively and lead continuous improvement and best-practice adoption.
