Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead PCD supply chain projects from start to finish, including defining potential suppliers, target costs, constraints, and managing RFQs, supplier selection, tool/part qualification, and initial deliveries.
  • •Coordinate with engineering, production, operations, supplier quality, and finance process owners to execute project activities.
  • •Use standard processes and digital tools to perform work effectively.
  • •Identify and manage supplier risk action plans.
  • •Drive results tied to resiliency (e.g., dual sourcing/consignment), sourcing savings and cost competitiveness, and minimizing material inflation impact.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions.
  • •Proficient English.
  • •Advanced PC skills including MS Office, MS Project, AS400, and MS Outlook.
  • •Preferred: experience in cost control, materials warehouse, APICS, Eaton Quality Systems (EQS), Enovia document control, and/or manufacturing systems; knowledge of MAPICS/Vista/Oracle.
