Drive global operational excellence for dnata Airport Operations through performance initiatives, service frameworks, and transformation programmes. Embed continuous improvement to enhance safety, efficiency, and customer experience, and use data-driven techniques to optimize productivity and resource planning. Manage a global KPI measurement framework, support integrations and resource planning, benchmark industry best practices, and collaborate with IT to improve automation and capacity modeling. Lead and develop the Operational Performance and Transformation team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support operational transformation and strategic programmes across dnata Airport Operations using Management of Change and industrial engineering tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, process mapping).
•Manage and maintain a global performance measurement framework across operational, safety, financial, and productivity KPIs to enable data-driven decision-making.
•Support operational input into new business opportunities and integrations via resource planning, budgeting, and implementation readiness in collaboration with M&A and Commercial teams.
•Conduct benchmarking with service providers and airlines, implement improvements, and facilitate global knowledge-sharing and alignment forums.
•Lead and develop the Operational Performance and Transformation team, building capabilities to deliver impactful change and partnering with IT to enhance automation and system integration (e.g., RMS, INFORM).

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
•Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Airport Operations Management.
•Industry experience in a management role with a major airline or ground handler.
•Robust knowledge of airport handling operations and operations management methodologies, systems, and improvement.
•Advanced analytical, data-driven problem-solving and proven leadership, team management, and change-management expertise.
