Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed store sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure strong customer engagement by providing a friendly, easy-to-shop environment and building client relationships daily.
  • •Partner with leadership to analyze reports, support action plans for deficient areas, and communicate growth opportunities.
  • •Maintain effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives throughout the store.
  • •Execute front- and back-of-house procedures, support shipment processing and replenishment, and help keep the store clean, safe, inviting, and running efficiently.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment (preferred).

  • •Ability to stand and move for an entire shift while working across store areas.
