Key Responsibilities

•Deliver advanced technical support through comprehensive troubleshooting, diagnostics, and escalation support while following regulatory guidelines and safety protocols.
•Conduct in-depth diagnostics and repairs on complex medical devices to minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance.
•Accurately document service records (diagnostics, resolution, test procedures, and case status) in the service management system.
•Prepare for first-time-right outcomes by creating action plans, ensuring diagnosis and parts readiness before on-site visits.
•Participate in customer escalations and complaints (safety/non-safety), capturing information through agreed processes.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in engineering/electronic systems engineering/mechatronics/biomedical (or similar) and a valid professional license.
•Minimum 2 years of experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, installing, repairing, and maintaining technical equipment.
•Strong engineering fundamentals with excellent documentation, reporting, and organizational skills to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
•Ability to travel frequently within Culiacán and surrounding areas; valid passport and valid driver’s license required.
•Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written), plus knowledge of IT networking and remote support tools.
