Global Payroll Associate

Own and manage end-to-end payroll operations for EMEA and APAC entities, with primary responsibility for the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai. Ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing across salaries, bonuses, benefits, overtime, taxes, statutory payments, and employee lifecycle changes. Coordinate with international payroll vendors, partner with HR on compensation/benefits transactions, and continuously improve payroll controls, processes, and audit readiness.
