Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and manage end-to-end payroll processing for EMEA and APAC entities (UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai) in compliance with local laws.
  • •Oversee payroll operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries, bonuses, benefits, overtime, taxes, statutory payments, and deductions, including employee lifecycle changes.
  • •Manage international payroll vendor relationships, ensuring submissions, filings, and reporting are accurate and on time, and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • •Ensure compliance with international payroll regulatory requirements, including tax filings and jurisdiction-specific payroll obligations.
  • •Partner with HR on compensation and benefits transaction support and onboarding-related payments; develop payroll self-service resources and manage payroll queries and audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant payroll experience, including significant hands-on experience running UK payroll.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of UK payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements (including PAYE, National Insurance, and pension auto-enrolment).
  • •Experience managing payroll across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • •Proven track record of process improvement and familiarity with payroll for Singapore and Hong Kong.
