Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategy and innovation for landscape products, processes, standards, and methodologies to meet goals.
  • •Independently manage, coordinate, and lead multiple medium-sized landscape design projects with limited oversight, structuring teams and preparing fee-based deployment for senior review.
  • •Act as technical lead for medium-scale projects, coordinating multiple disciplines and communicating project requirements.
  • •Lead client interfaces and contractual requirements, overseeing deliverables with clients, consultants/subs, and other teams while providing delivery solutions.
  • •Develop and deliver entire technical landscape packages, ensuring planting/irrigation standards, public realm standards, and QA/QC self-checks and reviews; mentor junior staff and promote innovative digital tools.
