Business Systems Manager

Manage business operations process design, impact, and implementation for IT systems supporting the department’s work streams. Act as senior subject matter expert for functional domains, driving IT investment from a business perspective to improve efficiency, ROI, and cost. Lead requirements, user testing, rollout, and operational support, including help desk and training inputs, while coordinating with Emirates IT, users, and external vendors.
