•Partner with engineers and customers to build and ship AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations daily.
•Discover and assess customer requirements and prepare and present demonstrations of Sierra’s agents.
•Work with technical counterparts to address and overcome technical challenges in customers’ business processes.
•Develop and improve virtual agents to fit and anticipate customers’ needs and business processes.
•Scope and implement new product features by collaborating with Sierra engineering and product development teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 390,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-5+ years experience in product development of highly technical products.
•Experience in Product Management (or similar) at or above the level of Senior Product Manager.

•Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to both non-technical and technically proficient audiences.
•Professional fluency in both Spanish and English, plus a technical (or related) degree or equivalent experience.
