Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Chef de Partie with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients.
•Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in your designated kitchen section.
•Follow recipes and senior chefs’ instructions to ensure consistency and quality of dishes.
•Monitor and manage stock levels for ingredients, assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies.
•Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, coordinating with the kitchen team during service and ensuring dishes meet quality and presentation specifications.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years working experience and 3 years relevant working experience.
•Ability to assist in food preparation (chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients) while following recipes and instructions accurately.
•Strong understanding of cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen operations.
•Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage practices.
•Ability to monitor stock levels for ingredients, assist with inventory management, and coordinate service timing and execution.
