Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer and close across Go-to-Market and Technical/Corporate functions.
  • •Manage a portfolio of roles across the Americas and EMEA with proactive pipeline building.
  • •Partner with hiring managers to run intake and calibration conversations and drive timelines.
  • •Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • •Identify risks, misalignment, and blockers and drive solutions to accelerate time-to-fill.
