Job Summary

Own end-to-end FP&A support for the ITO (Inquiry-to-Order) phase for the GTE-Pumps business line, with a strong focus on Free Cash Flow conversion, operational performance, and decision support. Partner with Commercial Operations and Finance to ensure order booking compliance, costing methodology validation, and revenue recognition alignment. Drive cash pacing, working capital forecasting, KPI tracking, variance analysis, and cross-functional initiatives to improve cash conversion and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure financial controllership and end-to-end financial support during the ITO phase, driving effective Free Cash Flow conversion.
•Partner with Commercial Operations and Commercial Finance on order booking rules, costing methodology validation, loss contract reserves, cash curves, and revenue recognition categories.
•Track and analyze ITO performance indicators (orders, as-sold margin, RPO, convertibility) with detailed segmentation.
•Lead FCF pacing and planning with direct and indirect cash flow visibility; forecast and analyze working capital components.
•Provide clear variance analysis versus targets, prior year, and sequential performance; coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve cash conversion and linearity.
