Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, maintain, and supervise project QA/QC plans and amendments/revisions to meet project quality requirements and client expectations.
  • •Establish and monitor project quality objectives and review QA/QC reports and technical submittals for completeness and compliance.
  • •Build and implement control systems for suppliers and subcontractors, including conducting site audits.
  • •Coordinate quality requirements with the project owner, consultant, and project management through required meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items and documenting records.
  • •Manage QA/QMS compliance: ensure IMS procedures are implemented, approved forms are completed, documents generated per company procedures, and QMS trainings carried out for all concerned staff; support HSE initiatives and incident reporting/resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Prepare and maintain the project QA/QC plan to meet project quality requirements, including objectives aligned with IMS corporate objectives.
  • •Build and implement control systems for suppliers and subcontractors and conduct site audits, with rigorous review of contractor method statements and technical submittals.
  • •Ensure QA/QC plans and objectives are prepared and approved within 30 days from contract/project start, and manage amendments and revisions after approvals.
  • •Oversee QA/QC teams with strong leadership, staff development planning, and monitoring training effectiveness on an as-needed or at least semi-annual basis.
  • •Minimum 8 years relevant experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role, plus ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering.
  • •Professional qualification in Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equal) or ASQC certification (CQM/CQE).
