Key Responsibilities

•Use our tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders for equipment maintenance.
•Track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues using data from hundreds of makes and models.
•Supervise the quality and performance of equipment mechanics and service personnel.
•Schedule repairs for customer and company-owned rental equipment and maintain customer relationships for 100% satisfaction.
•Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints; ensure a safe work environment and provide training for staff.

Key Requirements

•High School diploma or trade certificate; 3 years of maintenance and service experience preferred.
