Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil works; maintain asset registers and maintenance schedules.
  • •Oversee operation, servicing, and readiness of core building systems (FDAS, CCTV/access control, HVAC, emergency lighting, generator/UPS) and coordinate testing, commissioning, and rectification.
  • •Source, coordinate, and supervise technical contractors; monitor performance against SLAs and safety standards, validate completion, and manage work permits and HIRA submission.
  • •Support procurement of materials/tools/critical spares and maintain stock control; coordinate waste segregation, storage, hauling, and disposal with accredited providers.
  • •Manage facilities-related permits/certificates and compliance documentation; track desk utilization/occupancy trends via Flowscape or access control dashboards and provide reporting to support workplace planning and leasing decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities management, and or related field.
  • •Further technical and management training in Facilities management or Engineering Disciplines.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hard facilities management, including supervision of multi-system building operations.
  • •Experience in corporate/BPO industries with large-scale operations.
  • •Basic safety or technical certifications and facilities management certification (examples include Basic Occupational Safety and Permit-to-work).
