Job Summary

Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil systems; manage space readiness and desk utilization to optimize occupancy. Liaise with building management, coordinate contractor activities, ensure permits and safety compliance, and deliver reporting using CAFM tools and BI for operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil works.
•Maintain asset registers, maintenance schedules, and service histories; recommend repairs, upgrades, and replacements.
•Oversee operation, servicing, and readiness of FDAS, CCTV, access control, HVAC, emergency lighting, generator/UPS and related utilities.
•Coordinate testing, commissioning, certifications, and rectification works to keep systems compliant and operational.
•Source, coordinate, and supervise technical contractors; monitor performance against SLAs and safety standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
•Minimum 5-7 years of experience in hard facilities management
•Experience in corporate/BPO industries with large-scale operations
•Basic safety or technical certifications (e.g. Permit-to-work)
•ISO Certifications (9001, 14001, 45001, 27001) or equivalent
