Responsable/Superviseur Logistique (H/F/D)

Manage the Reception sector within a distribution center, reporting to the Logistics Operations Manager and leading a team of about 15. Own day-to-day workforce management, ensure safety, quality, service, and operational performance, and drive reception, inspection, stocking, and customer returns. Run on-the-floor management routines, track and analyze KPIs, and lead Lean/Kaizen continuous improvement while partnering with site teams, suppliers, and European distribution centers.
