Job Summary

Own the development and upkeep of high-frequency commercial reporting dashboards that track performance across sales channels and product lines for the APAC region. Turn dashboard outputs into clear, actionable insights by analyzing trends and anomalies, and define core commercial metrics that power Monthly and Quarterly Business Review processes. Partner with global teams to align metric definitions and work with external data vendors to ensure data fidelity and timely ingestion.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, build, and maintain high-quality analytical reports and dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio) covering commercial performance across sales channels and product lines.
•Analyze report outputs to identify trends and anomalies and translate findings into concise, actionable business insights.
•Define and govern core commercial metrics used in Monthly Business Review (MBR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) processes for Sales and Merchandising areas.
•Align APAC metric definitions with global standards by collaborating with Global Data, Finance, and Strategy teams.
•Interface with regional vendor partners to ensure fidelity, quality, and timely ingestion of third-party data; translate vendor business needs into technical specifications.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in commercial analytics or business intelligence within a high-growth global brand or fast-paced retail/consulting environment.
•Expertise transforming data into actionable strategic recommendations for Sales and Merchandising stakeholders.
•Extensive experience building dashboards and visualizations using Looker or Tableau.
•Ability to manage data fidelity and work with external vendor platforms to improve third-party data utility.
•Strong collaboration and communication skills across diverse global and functional teams, including vendor management.
