Key Responsibilities

  • •Design Excellence - Produce high-quality design work that meets client requirements and industry standards, taking responsibility for your own personal delivery and of that of a wider team
  • •Project Management Awareness - Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution; monitor programme performance vs baseline and identify blockers
  • •Quality Assurance - Ensure all work is delivered to a high standard through thorough reviews and checks; provide feedback to junior staff
  • •Team Collaboration and Communication - Take ownership of elements of project work aided by a junior staff; communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
  • •Health, Safety, and Environmental (SHE) Compliance - Develop Design Risk Assessments and Project SHE Plans to ensure safety and environmental considerations are integrated into all project phases
