Job Summary

Deliver end-to-end Fenergo Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations for Irish banking programs, including configuring the platform (workflow/rules, data model, UI components) and translating client requirements into functional and technical specifications. Support KYC/AML onboarding, remediation workflows, integration via APIs, and validation activities (SIT/UAT), while preparing design documentation and defect resolution. Collaborate with Irish business, compliance, ops, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in end-to-end Fenergo implementation for Irish bank programs.
•Configure and customize the Fenergo CLM platform (workflow and rules engine, data model, UI components).
•Support KYC, AML, onboarding, and remediation workflows aligned to Irish and EU regulatory frameworks.
•Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications and prepare BRDs/FRDs and design documentation.
•Collaborate with integration teams for API/system integrations and participate in SIT/UAT, defect resolution, and production support.

Key Requirements

•4–10 years of experience in Fenergo implementation projects.
•Strong domain knowledge in KYC/AML and Client Lifecycle Management for banking client onboarding.
•Hands-on Fenergo configuration, including workflow and rules design.
•Experience working with global banking clients and understanding EU/UK/Irish regulatory environment.
•Experience with system integration using REST/SOAP APIs and strong stakeholder management skills.
