Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the flow of goods in bounds and out bounds to avoid stockouts and expiries across regions.
  • •Achieve department objectives by ensuring stock-out-free performance and timely delivery across the region.
  • •Represent the brand by maximizing supply to support both in-store and outbound sales with exceptional logistics.
  • •Monitor procurement from overseas suppliers, optimize transportation costs, and ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • •Train subordinates on logistics best practices, government guidelines, and cross-regional coordination to enhance teamwork.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in procurement of goods with overseas suppliers and cost-effective shipping for inbound and outbound movements.
  • •Ability to maintain inventory above par levels across multiple regions and monitor stock status (available, held, m-inspect, expiry quantities).
  • •Familiarity with government authority guidelines and regulatory compliance for logistics and supply chain operations.
  • •Proven track record in timely payments to overseas suppliers and reconciliation of value and stock quantities.
  • •Strong leadership and training capabilities to guide regional teams and ensure loss prevention and SOP adherence.
