Lead and manage a team of Collection Executives for a designated collections cluster, coordinating with third-party recovery agencies. Own delinquency rates and recovery of overdue payments, monitor key KPIs (resolution rates and delinquency buckets), and implement strategies to control roll rates. Ensure strict compliance with collections SOPs and internal/regulatory guidelines, and provide daily monitoring, reviews, and reporting on cluster performance, challenges, and solutions.
