Job Summary

Provide high-complexity networking managed services, proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems while ensuring SLA compliance. Lead root-cause analysis for critical issues, manage third-line support escalations, and investigate alerts using monitoring tools. Configure and verify client infrastructure operations, create knowledge articles, and coach/mentor junior engineers. Collaborate with vendors, contribute to automation efforts, and support disaster recovery testing and operational improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead managed services by identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems while maintaining SLA conditions.
•Perform root-cause analysis for critical incidents, manage high-complexity tickets, and provide resolutions for complex issues.
•Configure, install, test, and keep client infrastructure operational, including checks and monitoring/alert response.
•Create knowledge articles for recurring tasks/issues and train and coach junior team members.
•Investigate and escalate support calls (including third-line), collaborate with vendors, and support automation and operational improvements including disaster recovery testing.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency in technologies including Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Juniper Virtual, Palo Alto, Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco Nexus switches, ASR/ISR routers, Cisco ACS/ISE, and Meraki switches and access points.
•Advanced certifications in at least one or two of the listed technologies.
•Strong planning and project management skills to handle changing circumstances.
•Excellent communication, active listening, and client-focused approach under pressure.
•Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing (or equivalent work experience).
