Job Summary

Perform professional accounting duties including consolidation and analysis of financial data. Own day-to-day financial oversight to ensure records are complete, accurate, and compliant with GAAP and company policies. Manage ledgers, journal entries, trial balances, fixed assets/inventory accounting, bank reconciliations, budgeting and MIS reporting, and run internal audits. Use delegated software and maintain accounting recordkeeping systems for real-time financial reporting, with ERP support (SAP preferred).

Key Responsibilities

•Compile, consolidate, and analyze financial data including preparing journal entries, trial balances, and financial statements.
•Oversee ledgers and ensure proper classification/recording of financial transactions, approvals, and account assignments.
•Prepare budgets and periodic reports comparing budgeted vs actual costs; provide analysis of trends, costs, revenues, and obligations.
•Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems; ensure real-time availability of financial reports.
•Conduct internal audits (accounts payable, payroll distribution, fixed assets, cash) and manage inventory/real property and equipment accounting.

Key Requirements

•5+ years working experience, including 3 years relevant accounting experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
•Strong knowledge of financial processes and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
•Sound understanding of month-end process and financial management/accounting experience.
•ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills preferred/required for success in the role.
•Professional qualification as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or ACCA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounts and Finance.
