Job Summary

Drive enterprise adoption of a frontier AI platform across retail banking, commercial banking, and consumer finance. Own a strategic book of high-value accounts and exceed an individual revenue target by building C-suite business cases and navigating complex procurement, security, regulatory, and legal reviews through deployment and expansion. Partner with Applied AI, Solutions Architecture, Product, and Marketing to translate banking needs into product and roadmap input, and scale winning use cases across the broader FSI motion.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and grow a book of strategic, high-value accounts across retail banking, commercial banking, and consumer finance, carrying and exceeding an individual revenue target.
•Engage C-level and senior technical stakeholders to build value narratives and navigate complex procurement, security, regulatory, and legal review through deployment and expansion.
•Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities, creating and executing account plans that convert strategic relationships into committed revenue.
•Run a disciplined pipeline and forecasting cadence with accurate deal inspection, clear next steps, and predictable execution across a long-cycle sales book.
•Partner with Applied AI, Solutions Architecture, Product, Marketing, and Enablement to design solutions, prove value quickly, codify use cases, and scale reference stories across the FSI motion.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 380,000 - 450,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of enterprise sales experience in retail or commercial banking with proven success covering bank or consumer finance organizations.
•Track record carrying and exceeding quota in enterprise sales of technical, complex products (API-first platforms, cloud infrastructure, data/ML platforms, or enterprise SaaS).
•Experience winning and growing strategic enterprise accounts, including building C-suite relationships, within retail and commercial banking.
•Operational rigor across complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with accurate forecasting in fast-changing environments.
•Credibility with technical buyers (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of AI/ML) and experience partnering effectively with solutions architects and applied AI teams.
