Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and scale backend services for POS integrations across ERP, eCom, CRM, inventory, and loyalty platforms.
  • •Develop secure, high-performance REST and GraphQL APIs, including real-time and batch data sync and secure authentication flows (OAuth, SSO).
  • •Contribute to a cloud-native, event-driven architecture and build scalable integration patterns using message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and serverless workflows.
  • •Improve reliability through automated testing (contract/load tests) and partner with QA/DevOps to streamline CI/CD and release confidence.
  • •Drive observability and stability via proactive monitoring, alerting, performance tuning, and incident response with post-mortems.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of backend engineering experience with modern technologies such as Node.js and TypeScript (or similar).
  • •Proven experience integrating APIs across commerce, ERP, OMS, or CRM domains.
  • •Familiarity with headless commerce, microservices, and composable architecture principles.
  • •Experience with message brokers (Kafka) and asynchronous data processing.
  • •Strong understanding of databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform), plus cloud-native service design on AWS/GCP/Azure.
