Job Summary

Manage medium- to high-complexity external procurements for Test & Factory Equipment and Business Services within Enterprise Services Procurement. Lead supplier negotiations on price, schedule, and terms, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and export/import regulations, and review SOWs to develop PIAs/NDAs. Perform due diligence, run cost/price/best-value analysis for sourcing decisions, oversee post-award performance, and drive supplier engagement through critical milestones while collaborating with EXIM, Legal, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead supplier negotiations on price, schedule, and terms & conditions.
•Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, RTX terms, and export/import regulations.
•Review Statements of Work (SOWs) and develop PIAs/NDAs.
•Manage proposal/quotation activities, documentation, and compliance packages.
•Conduct cost, price, and best-value analysis and oversee post-award supplier performance in line with business unit directives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant procurement experience (or an advanced degree with at least 3 years).
•3+ years’ experience with SAP and procurement software tools including PRISM and APEX.
•3+ years’ experience with purchase order management, documentation, and contract negotiation with internal teams and external suppliers.
•Experience leading supplier negotiations on price, schedules, and terms, including performing and understanding price analyses and source selection/justification.
