Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and manage electrical maintenance team activities to deliver business plan targets in line with policies and standards.
  • •Monitor preventive/corrective maintenance and overhauling work, and ensure timely emergency breakdown response to minimize downtime.
  • •Troubleshoot critical electrical equipment issues, perform root-cause analysis, and promote condition-based preventive maintenance to reduce reactive maintenance.
  • •Coordinate annual outage maintenance planning/execution for critical electrical equipment, including manpower/spares forecasting and EHS/scope/cost/timeline support.
  • •Ensure SAP administration and maintenance documentation are completed correctly, and maintain strict HSE compliance including permit-to-work requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • •8–10 years’ experience in electrical maintenance in water desalination and power generation plants.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • •Knowledge of downtime analysis, problem-solving tools, predictive inspection, and CMMS (good knowledge of SAP Template desirable).
  • •Experience conducting at least one outage for critical electrical equipment.
