Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure fixed equipment Mechanical Integrity activities meet corporate, local, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Perform inspections in the field as primary inspector, coordinating third-party support when required.
  • •Develop inspection plans, coordinate inspections, evaluate results, and produce run/repair/replace recommendations while tracking to closure.
  • •Maintain Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) and keep inspection deferral forms composed, submitted, and approved on time.
  • •Maintain API 510/570 certifications and support QA surveillance of repair and new fabrication, including radiographic testing film review and inspection test plans.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •2+ years of relevant inspection experience in refining, petrochemical, or chemical process industries.
  • •Hold either API-510 or API-570 certification.
  • •Knowledge of inspection and repair requirements in API, ASME, NBIC, and applicable state/local regulations.
  • •Ability to be certified in SNT-TC-1A Level 2 UT and PT.
