Job Summary

Serve as the clinical expert and sales/business support for MRI customers across Eastern Canada. Build relationships with key decision-makers, own the business outcomes, and partner with Account Managers/Account Executives on solution definition, design, and tailored proposals. Act as the SME for the MRI portfolio, provide actionable insights to Marketing on sales tools, pricing, and competitive threats, and help drive customer success and long-term growth while supporting opportunities in your territory.

•Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers using deep technical and clinical knowledge to build credibility and trust.
•Lead and own business outcomes with a proactive, customer-centric approach to drive customer success, financial growth, and long-term relationships.
•Support the Account Manager/Account Executive in the sales process from solution definition and design to tailored proposals and identifying new opportunities.
•Serve as the subject matter expert on the MRI portfolio to support sales in addressing customer needs and challenges.
•Provide Marketing with insights into sales tools, pricing issues, and competitive threats to ensure up-to-date, relevant resources.

Salary: 154,500 - 179,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of direct clinical MRI experience, with hands-on experience in sales or clinical applications in the health tech industry.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience/certifications, including accredited MRI/MRT education and CAMRT certification.
•Deep product knowledge and expertise within the MRI modality and strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare system for diagnostic imaging.
•Bilingual French and English skills (written and verbal) are required.
•Excellent communication skills to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
