Job Summary

Support Commercial Lines production staff by delivering client services across assigned agency book categories, including quoting, proposals, service timelines, and stewardship reports. Coordinate with Service Assistants and Advisors to help deliver products and close sales, while working to retain the commercial client portfolio by identifying solutions and strengthening client-advisor-account manager relationships. Use Bignition and Zywave platforms, maintain accurate data in the Agency Management System, and stay current on legislative and carrier underwriting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform sales-support duties for Commercial Lines production, including quoting, proposals, service timelines, stewardship reports, and customer support.
•Work with advisors to retain each defined agency book of business by creating appropriate solutions and deepening client relationships.
•Coordinate with Service Assistant(s) and Advisors to deliver needed products/services and support the sale.
•Navigate Bignition Sales Platform to strengthen the client-advisor-account manager relationship.
•Champion Zywave Platform and collaborate with advisors to deliver appropriate product/service solutions; assist with research for client meetings and maintain procedures for data use in the Agency Management System.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and/or equivalent experience (preferred).
•2 years of related experience in Commercial Lines (preferred).
•Experience with Microsoft Office products.
•PA Property and Casualty Certification (preferred).
•A valid driver’s license and ability to travel periodically is required.
