Key Responsibilities

  • •Define target partner profiles aligned to Mastercard Security Solutions and develop executive-ready partner value propositions tied to outcomes.
  • •Identify, qualify, and engage prospective partners through research, outreach, and relationship development; launch pilots/proof-of-concepts and scale successful plays to additional regions.
  • •Drive partner onboarding and activation so partners can sell, market, and deliver Mastercard Security Solutions effectively.
  • •Meet and exceed assigned channel revenue targets with disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and risk mitigation.
  • •Run partner governance (monthly pipeline reviews and annual joint business planning) and partner with Mastercard sales, product, and marketing while feeding partner insights into roadmaps and go-to-market programs.

  • •Extensive experience with partnerships, channel or alliance sales, or relevant commercial experience, with a track record of recruiting and developing partner ecosystems (ideally cyber, fraud, or identity).
  • •Proven partnership sell-in capability, originating, shaping, and closing opportunities—not only enablement or program operations.
  • •Ability to build partnerships from scratch, including targeting, outreach, and growth through commercial agreements.
  • •Consultative selling skills to translate a broad services portfolio into a focused partner narrative.
