Key Responsibilities

  • •Rapprocher les factures fournisseurs en identifiant les commandes correspondantes dans M3 et en s’assurant de leur réception
  • •Documenter et communiquer les écarts facture/commande avec les acheteurs et la plateforme logistique
  • •Réaliser les actions dans M3 et VIM pour permettre la bonne comptabilisation et le règlement des factures
  • •Apurer les factures les plus anciennes en coordonnant avec les équipes Chaussure et la Direction Financière
  • •Proposer des améliorations des processus, outils de gestion et procédures pour accélérer les délais de règlement

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor level degree in economics/accounting or equivalent (Bac+2)
  • •First experience in a similar role (experience in textile or leather goods is a plus)
  • •Strong Excel and Word skills
  • •Familiarity with M3 ERP and SAP CO/FI is a plus
  • •Rigorous, dynamic, and team-oriented with good interpersonal skills
