  • •Steuerung und Analyse der österreichischen P&L mit Fokus auf Umsatz, Marge, Kosten und Ergebnis.
  • •Forecast, Budget und Mittelfristplanung in enger Abstimmung mit DACH Finance.
  • •Business Partnering für Country Manager, Sales Director und lokales Management-Team.
  • •Profitabilitätsanalysen nach Vertriebskanälen, Kundengruppen, Promotions und Business Cases.
  • •Klare Empfehlungen zur Verbesserung von Ergebnis, Margen und Kostenstruktur sowie Mitarbeit an Reporting-, BI- und Prozess-Themen.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in economics or an equivalent qualification.
  • •Several years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Sales/Commercial Finance, or Business Controlling.
  • •Strong understanding of sales controllership, pricing, margin logic, and P&L relationships.
  • •Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus ERP, reporting, and BI experience (SAP CO/SAP BW a plus).
  • •Analytical mindset with entrepreneurial thinking, confident presentation, and very good English.
