Own the end-to-end client relationship with a plan-based approach to financial advice. Assess client financial needs, gather and document client data, and deliver customized financial wellness recommendations through investment and insurance solutions. Build a referral pipeline using centers of influence, prospecting, and disciplined calling efforts, while partnering with branch teammates and other lines of business. Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, and support branch operations as needed.
