Key Responsibilities

•Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team to perform preventive and corrective repairs of refrigeration and air‑conditioning systems for defence radar and weapons systems.
•Conduct settings, troubleshooting, tests, and validations of equipment, and document results in technical reports.
•Ensure proper configuration, updates, and test procedures for equipment under your supervision.
•Lead and develop the team, including onboarding of new entrants and monitoring performance against SQDC objectives.
•Promote continuous improvement, including LEAN initiatives (5S, visual management, Kaizen) and knowledge transfer within the team.

Key Requirements

•BAC+2 technician diploma or equivalent
•at least 5 years of experience in air‑conditioning and climate engineering
•strong analytical and synthesis abilities
•demonstrated leadership and ability to lead a small team
•focus on achieving SQDC performance and continuous improvement
