Job Summary

Serve as the primary HR business partner for Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) manufacturing and distribution sites in Shah Alam and Penang. Lead labor and union relationship management, including CBA interpretation, grievance handling, investigations, disciplinary processes, and labor-management meetings. Partner with site leadership on employee relations, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and change management, while ensuring HR compliance and driving employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary HR point of contact for unionized employee populations and manage labor and union relationships.
•Partner with site leadership on CBA administration and interpretation, and support collective bargaining negotiations.
•Lead grievance processes, investigations, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution activities.
•Partner with ISC leaders on people strategies, organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.
•Ensure compliance with labor legislation and company policies, support HR compliance reviews, and drive employee engagement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
•Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments.
•Demonstrated experience supporting unionized workforces.
•Strong knowledge of labor law, employee relations, and collective bargaining practices.
•Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing disciplinary processes.
