Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and evolve platform and infrastructure to ensure systems are resilient, observable, and performant.
•Lead initiatives from concept through production while partnering with product and engineering for reliable delivery.
•Raise engineering standards across CI/CD, infrastructure, and operations to improve scalability and efficiency.
•Operate and tune Kubernetes-based environments, including autoscaling and production debugging.
•Improve observability and incident response workflows using tools such as Grafana and PagerDuty.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of professional Site Reliability, platform engineering, or DevOps experience.
•Experience designing distributed, scalable architectures with a strong reliability focus.
•Hands-on Kubernetes experience, including authoring Helm charts and tuning autoscaling while debugging production issues.
•Infrastructure-as-Code experience with Terraform, including module authoring and environment promotion.
•Proven experience improving CI/CD and release processes (e.g., GitHub Actions, Flux/Argo) with observability tools such as Grafana and PagerDuty.
