•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations, and meeting individual and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and support transaction and inventory activities.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition.
•Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and public holidays.
•Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
