Customer Project Manager

Lead and manage customer-facing projects and programs across Cisco technologies from initiation through planning, execution, and closure. Own delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction, providing ongoing updates to Service Delivery Managers and Customer Experience Managers. Coordinate with vendor management to develop SOWs and terms, manage invoicing and forecasting, apply Agile/PMI governance, and use AI automation to streamline planning, reporting, risk detection, and closeout.
