Sales Supervisor, Full-Time - Palmer Square

Lead daily sales performance at the Palmer Square store by consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals. Inspire the team on the sales floor, deliver an excellent customer experience, and strengthen customer retention through engagement and relationships. Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inbound/outbound tracking, monitor metrics, and support loss prevention. Provide onboarding, in-the-moment coaching, and training to improve associate performance while maintaining store operational procedures.
