Job Summary

Serve as the primary client advisor for high net worth clients by recommending banking, borrowing, and investment solutions aligned to their financial goals. Lead and coordinate an extended advisory team, develop financial plans from relationship reviews and CRM data, and deliver consultative presentations with proactive client contact. Grow and retain client relationships to meet individual sales goals, build a referral-based pipeline, and support business development through community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary client advisor by recommending banking, borrowing, and investment solutions aligned to clients’ financial goals.
•Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of client needs using financial data gathered through relationship reviews, CRM, and meetings; capture goals in a financial plan.
•Prepare and deliver client presentations individually and as part of a team, using consultative review and proactive, regular contact.
•Meet or exceed individual sales goals by expanding relationships, closing referrals, and acquiring new business growth.
•Maintain a disciplined prospecting approach and pipeline using internal and external referral sources, and participate in community organizations to source business development opportunities.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7 years of demonstrated sales and business development experience with proven results.
•Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
•Master’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
•FINRA licensing as required for the role (includes FINRA S7; S66/S63/S65 indicated as preferred).
•Ability to advise on investments, trust, and credit and to understand financial products, banking regulations, and personal/commercial financial statements.
