Job Summary

Coordinate and manage client implementation projects that bring new merchants and programs live on the Adyen platform. You’ll plan schedules, documentation, and status tracking; collaborate with client, internal, and partner teams to address day-to-day challenges; and support go-live readiness and post-launch handovers. The role also builds product and technical integration knowledge while feeding client feedback back to improve operations and delivery.

•Partner with clients’ project/technical teams and internal/external stakeholders to support smooth go-lives.
•Create project planning, scheduling, documentation, and status tracking to keep projects on track.
•Communicate updates, risks, and milestones; support post–go-live handovers and capture client feedback.
