Key Responsibilities

•Build and scale a centralized Security Engineering team, starting with the Customer Identity team and growing with business needs; define operating model, roadmap, and tracking systems for security engineering work across product lines.
•Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team of security-focused engineers while fostering a culture of engineering excellence and cross-functional partnership.
•Lead design and implementation of security product features across ClickHouse Cloud, Postgres, Langfuse and OSS (encryption, IAM, network isolation, sandboxing, authentication) and ensure end-to-end ownership of security initiatives.
•Establish clear lanes and tracking systems for security features, providing visibility to security and product leadership and coordinating dependencies across Core, Data Platform, Cloud Platform, and Product Security teams.
•Collaborate with Product Management, Security, GRC to ensure solutions align with risk, compliance, and customer trust, and serve as primary accountable owner for security engineering commitments to product strategy and roadmap.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,000 - 230,000 annually
