Key Responsibilities

  • •Support all phases of the talent acquisition process, including gathering position requirements and managing screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationships, and onboarding.
  • •Source, target, and build pipelines of candidates’ databases.
  • •Partner with TA Partners, hiring managers, and team leaders to support hiring needs.
  • •Promote open roles via job portals as part of the recruitment process.
  • •Support new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate or postgraduate currently pursuing a degree/master in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • •Fluent proficiency in English.
  • •Self-starter with an appetite for learning new things.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Commit to a 6-month internship and at least 3 days per week.
