Job Summary

Deliver outstanding consumer experiences as a Sales Associate by using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model and promoting a positive, values-driven team culture. Assist across store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Partner with Store Management to achieve personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies, while serving as a brand ambassador for product collaborations and new launches. Follow all asset protection and compliance procedures.

•Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating core values.
•Assist in store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing that knowledge with consumers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
•Team-first mindset and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to move merchandise to and from the backroom and sales floor using appropriate equipment.
•Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information on computer/register screens and input information into a computer.
