Customer Care Representative (Dartmouth, Canada)

Provide exceptional customer care in a fast-paced hearing clinic by supporting clients in person, over the phone, and via email. Schedule appointments, organize clinic files, and maintain client accounts while building relationships. Help manage accounts receivable and work with insurance companies to support third-party billing. Also assist with cleanings and minor in-clinic device repairs (training provided).
