Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive a multi-year strategy and roadmap for Storefront Platform theming and merchandising tools (templates, components, style tokens, page builders, personalization).
  • •Lead customer discovery with major retailers; translate brand and merchandising requirements into scalable platform capabilities with guardrails, balancing performance, accessibility, and SEO.
  • •Own end-to-end execution across 5+ teams: write PRDs, prioritize backlogs, sequence launches, and measure adoption, time-to-launch, conversion lift, and attach rate; run experiments.
  • •Partner with Design to evolve storefront design system and WYSIWYG tooling, and with Engineering to define APIs/SDKs and internal tools.
  • •Serve as the point person for executive and cross-functional communication; align stakeholders across R&D and Commercial, surface trade-offs, and ensure retailer commitments land on time.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of product management experience building B2B SaaS or platform products.
  • •3+ years working directly with enterprise customers in retail, e-commerce, or adjacent industries, including running discovery workshops and QBRs.
  • •2+ years shipping web theming, CMS, site builder, or design system tooling used by multiple external customers.
  • •Proven track record leading multi-quarter roadmaps across 5+ cross-functional partners and 10+ stakeholders.
  • •Proficiency with web fundamentals (HTML/CSS, component libraries, responsive design, accessibility) and analytics/experimentation (SQL; Looker or Amplitude; A/B testing)
