Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end change delivery and embed continuous improvement through simplification, standardisation, and automation across the COO Office.
  • •Act as the lead project manager for strategic programmes and/or provide cross-functional governance, managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
  • •Execute communications plans across functions and regional/country stakeholders, producing executive-ready materials that reinforce purpose, strategy, and deliverables.
  • •Define and manage service performance metrics (benchmarks, KPIs, dashboards), monitor outcomes, and drive actions to improve efficiency and stakeholder experience.
  • •Provide support for financial planning and coordinate NFR oversight (regulatory reporting, manual process governance, EWRA), ensuring escalation and governance controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience delivering end-to-end change and continuous improvement initiatives, including simplification and/or automation.
  • •Strong programme/project management capability, leading cross-functional delivery with dependencies and delivery governance.
  • •Experience in service performance management, including defining KPIs/benchmarks, building dashboards, tracking outcomes, and driving actions.
  • •Working knowledge of financial planning and reporting (budgeting, forecasting, tracking) with Finance, emphasizing cost discipline and transparency.
  • •Strong experience supporting Non-Financial Risk (NFR) deliverables (e.g., regulatory reporting, manual process governance, EWRA), including tracking and escalation.
