Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Meet personal and store sales goals by building client relationships through styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations. Drive revenue with cross-selling, upselling, and omni-channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video). Support daily operations including transactions, inventory cycles, replenishment, and visual merchandising.

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory cycles, replenishment, and visual merchandising while following asset protection procedures.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), including climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
