Key Responsibilities

  • •Attend roadside assistance calls, assess situations, and diagnose faults using modern diagnostic tools.
  • •Repair at the scene wherever safe and possible, or arrange recovery and onward dealer workshop attention when needed.
  • •Own each job end-to-end by communicating with customers, setting expectations, and providing reassurance.
  • •Operate and maintain a fully equipped van, manage tools and parts, follow safety procedures, and keep accurate system notes.
  • •Work to service, safety, and quality standards efficiently while using insights responsibly in an AI- and data-enabled environment.

  • •Proven experience as a vehicle or roadside technician who can work independently at the scene.
  • •Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills with modern equipment to decide the safest, fastest route to get customers moving.
  • •Confident, calm communication to manage expectations and safety as the face of Allianz Partners at the roadside.
  • •Comfort using IT, mobile apps, and diagnostic software with accurate data capture.
  • •A full UK driving licence and relevant technical qualifications; EV credentials are welcome and training can be provided (EV Level 3 IMI Accredited and ATA Level 3 roadside diagnostics).
